Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@happykitty.hu and we will make it right.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and we will issue a full refund — no return required.

How to Return Before sending any item back, you must contact us at info@happykitty.hu. We will guide you through the process. In many cases, we can resolve your issue without a return.

Refunds Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Please contact us at info@happykitty.hu to initiate this process. A return may not be required in all cases.
